Ladies Barefoot Herbals is hosting a wine and steam at the Community Roots Collective! Come enjoy a glass or two of wine and appetizers while you learn all of the benefits of vaginal steaming then try it out for yourself while we guide you through the process! Please bring a small pot or ceramic or heat proof bowl and a blanket to keep the steam in. You can also wear a long skirt for this same purpose. You will also get a pack of herbs to take home and continue your practice at home!
