Align to the rhythm of your body, mind, and spirit through meditation, journaling, and art all at once.

Discover your intrinsic creative energies that are a natural part of your femininity through creating a work of art that represents the four phases of the menstrual cycle.

Understand how your creativity is directly linked to your monthly cycle and how to use this knowledge in your life to your greatest benefit.

Learn why the creative process is an essential need for women in order to express their femininity.

*Women of all ages welcome. If you do not currently cycle, you can still apply these same principles using the 4 phases of the moon.
