Uninsured and pregnant in Tampa?

Navigating the health care system in America can be daunting at best, absolutely enraging at worst.

In our practice we have consistently made it a point to make midwifery care accessible for ALL families. We accept Florida Medicaid (Sunshine and Simply) and have affordable options for self pay folks.

For prenatal and postpartum care we charge a $100 registration fee and each visit is just $75 per visit. We see you in person at our Tampa or St Pete offices. No strings attached. We can help you navigate self pay lab work and ultrasounds so you don’t have to go through an entire pregnancy without consistent care. Our prenatal and postpartum care is exactly the same as the care we provide for our homebirth families. This means you’re never shuffled around between lots of support staff, that you always get plenty of face time with your midwives, and that education is the cornerstone for having a healthy AND supported pregnancy. If complications arise we can refer you to our consulting high risk practices for evaluation. Most of our prenatal care only clients deliver at Tampa General with the on call, staff midwives. This means that you will be well supported in your birthing goals with seamless transfer. We will still see you once you deliver for all of your postpartum follow up. That means breastfeeding support, new parenting guidance, and a holistic approach to navigating women’s health moving forward. Establishing care with us during pregnancy creates a seat for you at our table for years to come. Pap smears, integrative women’s health, and simply just a community support as you navigate all that parenthood entails!
